Description
Everllence decarbonization compliance solutions help in-service fleets meet IMO CII, EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime requirements through OEM analysis followed by a mix of digital solutions, retrofits and spare parts.
Two-stroke solutions
- EcoCam: low-load optimized virtual cam for mechanical engines with a wide exhaust camshaft; fuel savings between 10% and 60% load
- EcoNozzle: fuel-saving nozzle concept reducing emissions across the full load range
- PMI VIT: optimal cylinder pressure on mechanically controlled B&W engines via electronic actuator on the VIT rack
- Flexible Turbocharger Cut-Out (TCCO): disables one turbocharger for slow steaming to reduce SFOC
- EcoTuning: software-based part-load tuning of maximum combustion pressure for B&W ME and ME-C engines
- EcoTorque: governor control stabilizing the fuel index to improve cylinder liner condition and fuel consumption
- PMI Adaptive Cylinder Control: patented closed-loop control of each cylinder; approx. 1.5 g/kWh fuel savings
- PMI auto-tuning: for electronically controlled B&W engines, adjusting injection timing and exhaust valve opening
- Dual-fuel conversion, maintenance kits, cermet-coated piston rings and MxPSS docking package
Four-stroke solutions
- AdaptiVIT: closed-loop injection timing control based on permanent cylinder pressure measurement
- Engine Part Load Optimization (EPLO): retrofit improving efficiency between 50% and 65% MCR
