CENTA Flexible Coupling Service by Everllence PrimeServ
Authorized service for CENTA flexible couplings on four-stroke engines: periodic inspection, rubber element replacement, original spare kits, alignment checks and resilient mounting replacement.
Description
Everllence PrimeServ is a global authorized service provider for the CENTA flexible coupling product line (Regal Rexnord). CENTA couplings use rubber elements to connect shafts on four-stroke engines, transmitting torque while allowing misalignment and damping vibration.
Service intervals
- Inspection after 1,000 operating hours
- After 4,000 operating hours
- Thereafter every 6,000 operating hours or annually, whichever is earlier
- Rubber segment replacement after 10 years or 50,000 running hours
Periodic inspection to the manufacturer's recommendations is required by the relevant classification societies.

- Alignment checks, including engine foundation and propulsion line
- Replacement of resilient mountings
- Coupling work can be combined with engine overhaul in the same service interval
