Everllence 35/44DF CD Dual-Fuel GenSet

The Everllence 35/44DF CD (formerly MAN 35/44DF CD) is a medium-speed dual-fuel GenSet engine developed with licensees for shipyard needs: low CAPEX, digitalization, easy integration, low emissions and future methanol operation. It is based on the field-proven 35/44DF CR and 32/44CR engines.

• Direct-drive pilot fuel oil pump to prevent blackouts
• Modular cylinder top cover for easy maintenance and full methanol upgrade

Application example

On an LNG carrier, three 35/44DF CD GenSets (3 x 8 cylinders at 560 kW) can replace four conventional gensets (2 x 6 + 2 x 8 cylinders at 480 kW), with one genset covering normal operation and two for cargo loading and unloading — saving running hours, fuel, emissions, investment and space.
