Everllence Repair & Overhaul

Everllence TBO Extension Service

Service to safely extend time between overhaul (TBO) of engines using on-site inspection, PrimeServ Assist digital monitoring and PrimeServ Lab fluid analysis.

Description

Everllence TBO Extension extends the time between overhaul of main and auxiliary engines, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Feasibility depends on engine condition, fuel and lube oil quality and maintenance practices.

Process

  • Baseline: standard maintenance interval, typically 12,000 to 15,000 running hours
  • On-site inspection by an Everllence superintendent engineer, with fluid samples taken for laboratory testing
  • Monitoring and verification phase to confirm engine stability
  • Data-based decision to extend the interval

Three pillars

  • Field Service: on-site inspections and spot checks of key components
  • PrimeServ Assist: continuous digital monitoring of real-time engine data
  • PrimeServ Lab: analysis of heating oil, lube oil, cooling water and separator samples to detect wear or contamination early

Reference

For an offshore fleet, intervals for cylinder heads, liners and pistons were extended from 12,000 to 24,000 operating hours.
