Everllence Alternative Fuel Retrofit Solutions

Retrofit and conversion of Everllence engines to dual-fuel operation on biofuels, synthetic diesel or gas, methanol, LPG or ammonia, with monitoring tools to manage the fuel transition.

Description

Everllence alternative fuel retrofits convert existing engines for fuel flexibility and lower emissions. Everllence PrimeServ can convert conventional fuel engines into dual-fuel systems able to run on biofuels, synthetic diesel or gas, methanol or ammonia, which also extends engine operating life.

Options

  • Dual-fuel conversions for ships; some single-fuel engines can be converted to dual-fuel (may require changes to fuel supply infrastructure)
  • Dual-fuel engines can change fuel during operation without altering engine performance
  • Single-fuel engines can run on HFO, MDO, biofuels and low-sulphur fuels; e.g. the two-stroke Everllence B&W ME-C runs on biofuels as well as conventional diesel
  • 35/44DF CD GenSet: high power, fuel flexibility, low methane slip, ready for future methanol use
