Description
Master Bond UV adhesives are one part, no-mix systems available in high, medium and low viscosities. They bond metals, rubbers, glass, ceramics and plastics such as polycarbonates, acrylics and phenolics, and offer optical clarity, low shrinkage and resistance to chemicals, fuels, solvents and moisture. USP Class VI, NASA low outgassing and nanosilica filled grades are available.

- UV10TKMed – biocompatible, Tg above 140°C; -60°F to +450°F
- UV15LV – cationic low viscosity epoxy; -80°F to +300°F
- UV26 – Tg 160 to 170°C; -60°F to +500°F
- UV15RCL – changes from red to clear on UV exposure to confirm light penetration
Applications
Bonding heat-sensitive substrates in optical, electronic and medical assemblies.
