LED Light Curable Adhesives
One component visible/LED light curable adhesives with fast, low-heat cures to a depth of over 0.5 inch, solvent free, for heat-sensitive parts.
Description
LED light curable adhesives cure tack-free at ambient temperature with limited heat or IR exposure, giving high bond strength, thermal stability and chemical and water resistance. They bond glass, metals, elastomers and many plastics, including tinted and UV-blocked materials, with cure depth exceeding 0.5 inch.

- LED401 – withstands 1,000 hours at 85°C/85% RH; -60°F to +250°F
- LED403Med – USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5; resists gamma, EtO and chemical sterilants
- LED405FL3 – fluorescent dye, cures up to 1/8 inch thick for small potting; -100°F to +250°F
- LED415DC90 – dual LED/heat cure
