Omnicare third-party service from Everllence PrimeServ: technical service, ISO-certified workshop repairs and spare parts for non-Everllence engines, turbochargers and auxiliary equipment.
Description
PrimeServ Omnicare is Everllence PrimeServ's multi-brand aftermarket service for engine room equipment and auxiliary systems from non-Everllence manufacturers, combining engineering, field service, workshop support and spare parts supply.
Technical service
- More than 100 service locations worldwide for maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdowns on selected third-party two- and four-stroke engines, turbochargers and auxiliary equipment
- One-off jobs or planned maintenance agreements, including customer-supplied parts
Workshop repairs
ISO-certified workshops recondition:
- Cylinder heads, pistons, cylinder liners
- Coolers, connecting rods and marine heads
- Fuel injection pumps and valves
- Lube oil and cooling water pumps
- Vibration dampers
- Turbochargers (incl. rotor balancing and turbine blade repair)
Authorized partnerships
- MET (Mitsubishi) turbochargers: authorized repair agent in Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Panama, Antwerp, Valencia and Los Angeles
- CENTA flexible couplings: global authorized service provider
- C.C. JENSEN CJC offline lube oil filters for two- and four-stroke engines
- Boll & Kirch automatic back-flush filters for removing cat fines from fuel
- Alpha GenSet (200 to 750 kW) auxiliary gensets
