Description
Wärtsilä EcoControl is a propulsion control system with an active combinator that seeks and combines the optimal propeller pitch with the optimal engine loading. This reduces fuel consumption to its most efficient level during transit sailing modes, which also results in lower exhaust emissions.
Used together with an integrated Wärtsilä propulsion system, EcoControl further enhances overall propulsion efficiency.
