Description
Goltens service teams provide overhaul solutions for modern electronically controlled diesel engines, including onboard electronic engine control overhaul and FIVA/HPS pump bench test services. The service has been delivered to hundreds of vessels.
Key features
- HCU (Hydraulic Cylinder Units): overhaul of FIVA/multiway valve units, exhaust valve actuators and fuel oil pressure boosters; cylinder lubricator system overhaul; accumulator overhaul and nitrogen refill; FIVA valve function test
- HPS (Hydraulic Power Supply): auto flushing filter inspection, hose and seal replacement, overhaul of engine-driven and start-up pumps, pressure build-up/decay checks, relief valve replacement and readjustment
- Mechanical and pneumatic system: gear tooth and chain checks, overhaul of pneumatic valves and main starting valve, function tests
- Electronic Control System (ECS): junction box, cabling and insulation checks, interlock switches and transmitters, parameter and performance curve checks, re-calibration on ECR and LOP, alarm history on MOP, PMI and CoCoS EDS checks, ethernet monitoring system checks
