Rhodium Propulsion Control System (PCS)
RH Marine Rhodium PCS is a standalone propulsion control system linking engines, clutches, gearboxes and CPPs, operated from bridge and engine room and integrated with AMCS, PMS and DPT.
Description
The Rhodium Propulsion Control System (PCS) from RH Marine controls the generation and distribution of propulsion power under varying operating conditions. As an autonomous standalone system, it connects local processing units to engines, clutches, gearboxes, controllable-pitch propellers and other propulsion equipment, with control panels on the bridge and in the engine room.
Integration
- AMCS: PCS can be controlled and monitored from dedicated AMCS displays, so the operator need not be at the PCS panel
- PMS: full support for electric and hybrid propulsion systems
- DPT: control for position and speed keeping
- Coordinated settings across applications to improve propulsion efficiency
