Description
Service engineers are available 24/7, including on-site mobile service across the South Florida area. Spares stocked in Fort Lauderdale include complete gyro compasses, gyro spares, gyro-spheres, gyro circuit boards, liquids & annual kits, type-approved buffers (UPC 3002, UPC 3005, UPC 5000P, UPC 6000) and digital and analog heading repeaters.
Equipment serviced and repaired includes gyrocompasses, autopilots & steering systems, ECDIS & chart plotters, radars, V-SAT, satellite TV and VHF/SSB communication equipment from Raytheon Anschütz, SIMRAD, JRC & Alphatron, Intellian, Cobham, Transas and Scandinavian Micro Systems.
Fort Lauderdale engineers are certified for gyro surveys (STD 22 & STD 20, SIMRAD) and GMDSS & VDR surveys for ABS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register, Cayman Islands and Jamaica.
