Wärtsilä FOS Voyage Optimisation
Shore-side web module for voyage planning and re-planning, speed and port-stay optimisation, with berth/RTA exchange to ECDIS and post-voyage fuel analysis.
Description
Wärtsilä Voyage Optimisation is a shore-side web module of the Wärtsilä Fleet Optimisation Solution (FOS) for voyage planning and re-planning that takes commercial considerations into account, optimising route, speed behaviour and port stays. It connects to Navi-Port and to the onboard system.
Key features
- Planning combining safety- and efficiency-based routing, including fuel consumption forecast, with integrated onboard/ashore processes
- Real-time visibility and notifications of route and voyage order execution
- Automatic exchange of berth availability and RTA information between port and vessel ECDIS using the STM standard
- Post-voyage analysis and benchmarking of vessels, routes and ports, with fuel consumption broken down by speed, route, port waiting time and weather
- Voyage Optimiser tool for route efficiency and fuel consumption decisions
Benefits
Lower operational cost, higher process efficiency and transparency on fuel efficiency for owners, operators and charterers.
