Thrustmaster 100 Series Waterjets
Thrustmaster 100 Series waterjets: seven transom- or pre-fab-mounted models (DJ100G to DJ170HP) from 225 to 855 kW for commercial vessels from 6 m to 20 m, with mechanical or electronic controls and joystick docking.
Description
The Thrustmaster 100 Series waterjets are single-stage axial-flow waterjets rated for continuous heavy-duty commercial use on vessels from 6 m up to 20 m. The range spans seven models, supported by control options from simple mechanical systems to fully electronic control with joystick docking.
Key features
- Six-blade axial-flow impeller with long progressive pitch profile for high thrust across the speed range and high cavitation resistance; several impeller types per model for engine/gearbox matching
- Ten-inch high-thrust pump sized to the target engine power and vessel weight
- Split-duct reversing bucket powered by a 12 VDC actuator (no hydraulics), with follow-up control via 33C-type cable
- Outboard-mounted, tool-free inspection cover with spring-loaded slide bolt, tethered with stainless wire
- Transom mounting (DJ100G–DJ130) saves inboard space; compact coupling systems available
- Modular construction for easy maintenance

- One-piece cast stainless steel impeller in a stainless steel liner
- Aluminium intake ducting, impeller casing, discharge nozzle, steering and reverse ducting
