Description
EzFit mechanical expansion bolts combine radial expansion and joint clamping in one system. They are designed for rotating couplings or alignment systems where bolts transfer forces in shear, and replace large fitted or interference-fit bolts with no modifications. A tapered stud is pulled into a split expanding sleeve by an MJT at the small end for radial preload, while an MJT at the large end provides axial clamping. For removal the sleeve collapses for easy withdrawal.
