Description
The Linear Cable Engine (LCE) is a wheel-pair tensioner tower that provides a flexible solution for various cable handling operations. It is easily transportable by truck and can be mobilized on site, and can be used independently or together with the Mobile Loading Arm (MCPA-001).
Key features
- Five wheel pairs providing a total tension of 50 kN
- Open at the top for top loading of cable end connections and joints
- Wheel pairs can be opened, closed, started and stopped together or separately
- Constant speed and constant tension modes, among others
- Remote controlled from an HMI positioned to suit the spread
