Description
The Mobile Loading Arm (MCPA-001) is part of Oceanteam's pool of loading towers and mobile loading arms. It combines a fixed 5 m MBR receiving arm and a 5 m MBR hydraulically operated loading arm, rated at 45 mT/m, allowing slewing and vertical translation of the cable on the carousel side.
Key features
- Standard configuration includes a 5 mT Linear Cable Engine (LCE); can be fitted with LCEs from 3 mT to 10 mT
- Remote controlled from an HMI positioned to suit the spread
- Two standalone HPUs, one for the LCE and one for the loading arm
- Certified staircase for safe access
- Maximum cable weight 150 kg/m; tower weight with arms 17 mT
