Høglund Alarm & Monitoring System
Scalable alarm and monitoring system for vessels that monitors analogue and digital signals from engines, thrusters, propulsion, tank sounding and fire detection, with alarm lists on all operator stations.
Description
The Høglund Alarm & Monitoring System is part of the Høglund integrated automation platform, providing a fully integrated and scalable set of alarm and monitoring tools for vessel operations.
How it works
- Monitors analogue and digital input signals and raises an alarm when analogue values exceed upper/lower limits or a digital input leaves its normal state.
- All operator stations show the alarm list, with active alarms read from Høglund process controllers via OPC AE.
- Alarms and events are stored locally on each operator station and can be accessed through Høglund Prilog.
