YachtSense Digital Control System
Modular digital switching and vessel monitoring system controlled from Axiom displays or a smartphone app, with up to 12 stacked modules and 400 channels.
Description
YachtSense is Raymarine's digital switching system that lets boatbuilders connect a yacht's devices so the captain can monitor and control the boat's systems from anywhere on board or remotely. Each system is built around a customised user interface integrated into the helm, for example the glass-bridge helm of the Maritimo S55.
Key features
- Monitoring of mechanical systems, fluid levels and electrical systems; onboard modes and maintenance alerts
- Can intervene to prevent events such as running a pump dry
- Maintenance Section records data for remote diagnosis by service crews
- Off-boat access via the Raymarine app, with SMS alerts through the YachtSense Link router
- Up to 12 modules stacked on one master or remote (a second bracket above 6 modules; 100 amp per stack)
- 400 channels per system; NMEA 2000 PGN support including third-party proprietary sentences
- YachtSense app in split-screen and full-screen Axiom pages
Applications
Named users include the RNLI, Azimut, Zin Boats and Maritimo.
