Custom synthetic strength members in PBO, aramid, UHMWPE or LCP for seismic towed arrays, fiber optic and umbilical cables, with jackets up to 3" / 72 mm.
Description
Phillystran strength members reinforce seismic cables for towed arrays, serve as strength cores for fiber optic cables and as strength members for umbilical cables, and are used in many other OEM products, including inflatable airplane evacuation slides and airplane control cables. A large portion of Phillystran's output ends up as integrated strength members in OEM products, engineered with the client for the optimum techno-commercial solution.
