Evans HyCap Series

Axial-leaded hybrid wet tantalum capacitors in slug-style cylindrical cases, 10-150 V, rated to 125 °C for high-shock/vibration use.

Description

HyCap Series capacitors feature our hybrid wet tantalum technology in a traditional wet tantalum slug-style cylindrical case, which Evans states gives the highest capacitance density for this form factor. HyCap Series capacitors are available in T4 and T2 case sizes, with T1 case sizes available upon request, and offer voltage ratings from 10V to 150V. Standard HyCap capacitors have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, while HyCap HT Series capacitors are rated for operation up to 200°C.
