WIKA Mobile Control's service team handles product support, repairs, retrofit and modernization, complaints, warranty processing, spare parts and training, and provides official support for all Hirschmann MCS and PAT & Krüger branded products.

• Spare parts: stocking based on demand forecasts and customer requirements, long-term availability beyond the machine life cycle, replacement solutions for discontinued products; stock items leave the warehouse within 24 hours, replenishment within four to six weeks
• Repairs: diagnostics and repair, warranty processing and troubleshooting via an online repair and return form
• On-site service: installation of products and system solutions, commissioning with functional tests and documentation, on-site troubleshooting
• Retrofit: upgrades to current technologies, safety systems to comply with standards, crane modernization during overhaul
• Training: modular product and application courses at company facilities or on the customer's machine, including a US program with classroom sessions and troubleshooting on system simulators
