Description
Kelvion's Service for Single Tube Heat Exchangers maintains shell & tube heat exchangers for maximum operating capacity and extended life cycle, including internal and external tube cleaning, spare parts, leak detection, replacements and reverse engineering.
Service solutions
- Mechanical cleaning – high-pressure or brush cleaning of the tube side, on site or at the factory
- Chemical cleaning – acidic, alkaline or neutral agents to remove deposits, scaling and corrosion products
- Thermal cleaning (pyrolysis) – decomposition of organic material in an inert atmosphere, enabling recoating to OEM specification
- Standard retubing – new tubes installed, expanded and sealed to OEM specification
- Spare parts, upgrades and replacements
