Description
Neutron-12 and Neutron-8 are HMPE wire rope replacements. Neutron-12 is braided in a torque-free 12x3 construction, with each of its 12 strands made of 3-strand sub-ropes, giving enhanced bend fatigue and abrasion resistance with extremely low stretch. Size-for-size it matches steel wire rope strength yet floats. Neutron-8 uses a patented 8x3 construction that can be produced in extremely long lengths; it is Samthane coated, with superior cut and abrasion resistance, low stretch and flexibility, and retains its shape with use.
