AmSteel is a non-rotational, Samthane-coated 12-strand single braid that delivers high strength and low stretch, equivalent to wire rope at 1/7 the weight. It is flexible and spliceable and resists flex fatigue and abrasion, making it a lightweight alternative where steel wire rope has traditionally been used.
