More than 370 chainflex cables certified by DNV for use in energy chains on ships and offshore installations.
Description
chainflex cables are designed for continuous movement in energy chains. igus worked with the classification company DNV for more than three years on a test procedure, and the jointly developed standard for dynamically moving applications on ships was renewed in 2020.
More than 387 DNV-certified control, servo, motor and robot cables, plus bus, data, encoder and fibre optic cables, are available. A 4-year guarantee applies to cables used in these applications.
