Hale MRI (Measurement Recording Instrument)

The Hale MRI is a computerized three-dimensional propeller measurement system, brought to market in 1998 and used by propeller repair facilities and manufacturers. High-resolution optical rotary and linear encoders send 3D position data to Windows 10 compatible software that measures and reports pitch, rake, track, angular spacing, section face camber and other geometric features of any propeller. The company states it has built over 220 units and that more than 250 repair shops worldwide use the system.

• HP 50: 1-1/2" thick solid steel table bed, 2" welded steel legs, radial spar between two precision ground masts; propellers up to 50" diameter and 500 lb
• Interface on a single dedicated PCB in a computer expansion slot, which also powers the system
