Offline fine filtration units that keep hydraulic, gear and lube oils clean by removing particles, water, acidity and degradation residues.
Description
CJC® Particle Removal Units are offline oil filtration systems for hydraulic, gear and lube oils. Each unit uses a dedicated circulation pump and a depth filter insert with a large internal surface area. Because it operates independently of the protected equipment, the oil stays clean even during shutdown.
The units capture particles down to sub-micron levels, free and emulsified water, acidity and oxidation by-products such as varnish, sludge and resins.
