Description
Loadstar provides Coast Guard-approved operators to serve as the Facility Person-in-Charge (PIC) for marine dock facilities. Sites range from major refineries and chemical plants requiring around-the-clock service to smaller terminals staffed on call. Dock services are offered separately or as part of an integrated site logistics operation.
