Description
Forssea Robotics provides underwater inspection and coastal survey services with its ARGOS ROV spreads, supporting asset integrity compliance in offshore energy. Operations follow IMCA guidelines under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification and are run from the company's Sète warehouse in France and deployed globally, including air freight to isolated areas.
Scope of work
- General and close visual inspection (GVI/CVI)
- Corrosion and NDT: CP, UT, FMD
- Construction support and TDP monitoring
- Marine growth assessment and cleaning
- Seabed imaging and bathymetry, pipeline and cable tracking, photogrammetry
- Seabed debris and UXO survey
Applications
- Offshore wind: coastal asset visual inspection and integrity surveys in high tidal currents
- Oil and gas: IRM work from opportunity vessels or platforms
- Environmental and scientific coastal surveys
- Defence: diving assistance, UXO survey and mine warfare support
The compact spread can be operated from crew transfer vessels, light opportunity vessels, PSV/DP vessels (with crane LARS and a 10 ft control room) and floating or fixed platforms.
