The REINTJES WAF/LAF 2346–7760 series are high-power reverse-reduction gearboxes for the largest workboat applications, covering 1,800–7,083 kW, with welded steel housings for strength and shock resistance. Supplied by Karl Senner.

- Hydraulically operated disc clutches and oversized roller bearings for continuous duty
- Horizontal and vertical offset configurations
- Helical gears, case-hardened and tooth-flank ground, for quiet running
- Sub-ranges: WAF/LAF 2346–3475, 4545–5675 and 6745–7760
- Continuous-duty ratings for semi-displacement and displacement hulls
Standard design
- Full power transmission in both output directions
- Integrated oil sump; externally accessible oil pump and filter
- Built-on seawater-resistant heat exchanger, max. cooling water inlet 32 °C (90 °F)
- Control valve with electric, pneumatic or mechanical operation
- Input: free shaft with 1:30 cone; output: forged-on flange
