Description
The Ilmor MV8 6.2L is a lightweight aluminum gasoline inboard marine engine for high-output recreational applications, offering more power than the 6.0L variant.
The engine is also available as an Ocean Performance Series (OPS) variant for saltwater or other closed-cooled applications. OPS engines provide tighter temperature control than open-cooled systems, improve catalyst performance through temperature control, optimize fuel and spark across the operating range, and offer full-system corrosion protection with environmentally friendly coolant.
