Hose Testing & Certification
Hydrostatic, proof/burst, vacuum, twist, elongation, pull and underwater leak testing with reports and certifications, to MIL-I-45208 and/or ISO 9001:2015.
Description
All Echelon products are inspected and tested, including proof-pressure, twist, burst, elongation and longitudinal testing. Inspection procedures conform to MIL-I-45208 and/or ISO 9001:2015, with mil-spec packaging (MIL-STD-2073), labeling (IAW MIL-STD-129) and reverse-engineered drawing services. Test reports and certifications are available.

- Hydraulic tests to 30,000 PSI
- Hydrostatic testing: low pressure 0-500 psi, high pressure 600-30,000 psi
- Air testing 10-2,400 psi; inert gas testing 10-3,600 psi
- Vacuum testing and burst testing in a 4-foot pressure chamber
- Pull tests 0-5,000 lbs
- Underwater helium/nitrogen leak testing in a 110' test tank (3/16" ID - 12" ID)
