A simple, reliable and cost-effective corer that uses gravity to penetrate the seabed with a carbon steel core barrel.
Key features
- Core lengths up to 3 m
- Stabilising fins keep penetration straight
- Standard lead weights are four layers of 67 kg each (268 kg total)
- Replaceable core liner, cutter and core catcher
- Can be customised, galvanised or painted
