Optimarin Component
Electric Flow Pressure Valve
Electrically actuated butterfly control valve with a multi-tooth element for precise flow and pressure control; DN350 is 193mm wide, 130kg.
Description
The electric Flow Pressure Valve (FPV) is the high-precision control valve Optimarin uses to control both flow and pressure in its ballast water treatment system. It is a butterfly valve with a rubber seat and a bronze-alu disc, with a flow control element made of stainless steel.
Key features
- Multi-tooth element in the valve body gives an equal percentage flow characteristic and precise regulation across the whole control range
- Electric actuation with a fixed control speed, so fluctuating pressure has no impact on control
- Compact design: DN350 measures only 193mm
- Light weight: 130kg for DN350
- Prepared for OptiFlow integration
