Description
Hilco's stick electrode (SMAW) range comprises 38 coated electrodes for unalloyed, low-alloy, stainless, aluminium, nickel, cast iron and bronze welding, plus hardfacing types. Approvals listed include ABS, DNV, LR and TÜV.

- AWS A5.1 rutile and basic electrodes (E 6010 to E 7024-1)
- A5.5 creep-resistant CrMo types (E 8018-B2 H4, E 9018-B3 H4)
- A5.4 stainless grades (E308L-17 to E347-17 and ~E312-17)
- A5.3 aluminium (E 4043), A5.6 bronze, A5.11 nickel alloy, A5.15 cast iron (E Ni-CI, E Ni Fe-CI)
- Hardfacing types to DIN 8555 / EN 14700
- Diameters 1.5 to 6 mm; lengths 300 / 350 / 450 mm
Applications
- HILCO HILCHROME 312R: welds virtually all ferrous materials when composition is unknown
