About
Sakura Marine was founded by young professionals with many years of maritime experience. Since 2002 it has operated as the Turkey distributor of YANMAR in the commercial ship segment, covering sales, service and spare parts, and through domestic and international sales of main engines and generators it describes itself as YANMAR's largest distributor in the world. It also describes itself as the largest service organization in the world after the YANMAR factories in Japan.
The company runs a 600 m2 workshop in the Tuzla shipyards area. Its first control and monitoring panel was manufactured in Japan and is used on the test bench of YANMAR 12 AY engines, and its machine control and monitoring unit is certified by Türk Loydu.
