Description
Beyond its general-purpose circular families, DWTEK supplies wet-mate connectors for subsea data and high-current applications, all rated to 600 bar.
Key features
- Ethernet: Standard Circular, Micro Circular, Low Profile Micro and Metal Shell 2000 formats with 8 contacts for >1 Gbit/s data (CAT 5E leads)
- Ethernet Power: 13 contacts combining data and power, 600 V DC/AC rms power rating, 250 V on data wires, 4 A per power contact, >1 Gbit/s up to 75 m
- High Power (HP): 1-contact version rated 1 kV DC / 250 A; 4-contact version 600 V DC / 50 A per contact (200 A per connector), AWG 10 PTFE leads
- Power Battery (PB): 2-4 contacts, 600 V DC, 25 A per contact, 50 A per connector
- Bulkhead, inline, overmold and dummy versions; bodies in brass, stainless 316, aluminum, titanium or PEEK
Applications
Subsea data networks, vehicle power distribution and battery systems on ROVs, AUVs and subsea equipment.
