CaviBlaster 4030 series
Highest-flow offshore-rated CaviBlaster units at 40 gpm / 3000 psi, with diesel (4030-D / 4030-DOS) or electric (4030-E) drive.
Description
The CaviBlaster 4030 is an offshore-rated industrial unit rated 40 gpm / 3000 psi, the highest flow in the CaviBlaster range. It produces high-velocity cavitation bubbles and can strip fouling, corrosion and coatings to bare metal if desired.
Key features
- 4030-D / 4030-DOS: diesel versions with Kubota V3800 DI-T or Hatz 4H50TI engine options, NACD clutch, HPP GLR 109/290 Comet pump, Sherwood P1719X feed pump, control panel, engine protection system and "Sentinel" protection device
- 4030-E: electric version with Baldor EM4406T-4 motor and AMT self-priming feed pump
- Suttner 3600 gun on all versions; a 4030-D lance is documented
- Spec sheets in English, Spanish and Portuguese
