Air Vent Head
Air vent head for ballast and fuel tanks with float mechanism preventing seawater ingress.
Description
The Air Vent Head ventilates ballast and fuel tanks. It allows free passage of air, prevents excessive overpressure or vacuum, and controls overflow discharge when a tank is overfilled. An integrated float mechanism prevents seawater from entering the tank in heavy weather.
