The LRAD 100X is a portable, rugged and lightweight acoustic hailing device that the site bills as the world's best-selling AHD. It broadcasts live and recorded voice and tone messages 20-30 decibels louder, and with significantly more intelligibility, than legacy bullhorns and vehicle-based P.A. systems, clearly delivered over crowd and background noise.
